To optimise the pack communication and increase the potential of converting the ’neutrals’ into ‘likely to choose’rs, it will be beneficial to:

  • consider a more gentle empathetic hand as opposed to a fist holding the grain
  • feature any awards / accreditations / certifications (such as Soil Association / Organic / EuroRating / Recyclable / carbon footprint etc).
  • explain more about the nutritional benefits and the Un(Think) process.
  • communicate where the product is grown / made
  • feature an image or window to show the texture of the flour
  • consideration should be given to communicate that the flour is unbleached.
